Well, when I uploaded several versions for Android, I literally wrote this in the names of the files.
Perhaps you could collect it all in one archive, different versions for different architectures and write instructions. There may be a more correct way, but I don't know anything about it.

The Linux binary seems to be for x86 only (it doesn't run on my Raspberry Pi 4 🙂)
even worse, it's x64 only!
alas, itch doesn't have a way to mark that and godot doesn't support exporting to ARM yet, but keep an eye on this issue
